I changed password and it still won't let me in!!!! WTF!!!

  same here! has to be a server problem. I have reached out to other friends who cannot get on either.

  They are currently overwhelmed with Help Tickets regarding these problems, so it may take longer to reply than usual.

  I know how you fell, please try to be patient they are working on the issue as we speak.  They just have to many requests and not enough people to fix everything at once.  Believe me, they will fix it.  I had to many errors that needed corrected and everything was corrected when they got to me after a few days.

  i can login now but the game but its at the beginning i would like my old game back

  Go to the right top of this page and click on "Submit a request".   You will have to fill in "Subject Description" informing them that you would like to have your old game back and restore all gems and anything else that was lost.  This is done were its states, Please enter the details of your request. A member of the support staff will response and will put all your information back into the system.  It is not lost.
