Looks like my 2 year journey at the zone casino is finished today. For some reason only known to Microsoft, the casino is requiring me to sign in when i left signed in with the remember me icon ticked. To add insult to injury it tells me my e-mail is no good during the signup but e-mailed me at that address to get a new password to sign in here.
So i can sign into non existent support (ie) community page, but not the casino itself.
There is about 10 of us so far that cant login so am sure there is more must be a prob on zone end I have had the same account for 6 years
Oh i forgot to mention....the name and icon shown here was updated a year ago.
why have I been locked out of zone.man.com after long history of playing games? I have just updated my password as requested. lj311@live.com
What can be done to for the system to recognize that my email is valid. Have at least 6 years of history of playing Zone Online Casino.
Hi this is bubbler, I can't sign in. says my email address is incorrect. I've been on here for at least 5 years, What's going on
After 10 years IT has decided that it does NOT recognize my email address. But it did recognize it earlier this morning
It's a system problem, everyone is going through the same problem. They will fix it. They always do.
