NO UPDATES FROM ZONE SUPPORT REGARDING PROGRAM/SERVER ISSUES

Was not able to sign in Friday (3/5) and while there was no update on the issue from Zone Support, after attempting to sign in numerus time, was finally successful.  Why was no Zone Support email issued?

Today (3/7) there is another no access event involving a reoccurring error window!  What is Zone Support doing to correct the problem?
