Was not able to sign in Friday (3/5) and while there was no update on the issue from Zone Support, after attempting to sign in numerus time, was finally successful. Why was no Zone Support email issued?
Today (3/7) there is another no access event involving a reoccurring error window! What is Zone Support doing to correct the problem?

This sign in problem has been a reoccurring problem for months. I get disconnected numerous times a day. Today I am totally unable to sign in.Hopefully you will correct the problem very soon. I have been sighing in and playing for over 500 days and I do not want to lose the perks i recieve because of your companies inability to fix your problems. nor do i want to lose my coins (20billion or my gems 6000)
