Payout is crap. Especially when you complete a round, without power ups or reshuffles and get LESS than what you bet!

JENNY 8675309 Please explain how each power up works ...

Pangolin5 Something is seriously wrong with the payout. I get more when I don't complete the puzzle – it says I've completed it, but no.
-
Corey1 I also lose alot a money even though I complete a lot of boards(without using power-ups). I have even used power-ups when I know I will clear the board without them just to try to break even(and that doesn't even work very often).

PortiasPlea I noticed the same ladies. I lose coins at the end even though I completed it. So now I just bet the min. The only way I have come out ahead is but using charms. We should at LEAST get what we bet PLUS some kind of "bonus" for completing the round ESPECIALLY not using any power-ups to get there - which I have done MANY times. Should be a step type bonus...ie: a bonus for completing AND an additional bonus for not using power-ups to do it. No incentive to play this game :-( Heaven forbid they set it up like Fringo w/the only "bonus program" is a game account building...no coins, etc being put back to us. Too bad this page is really just to "vent" / preaching to the choir. Really doubt zone will ever do any of this or anything about it sadly :-(
Good Luck

Corey1 Update: I have found that my problem(losing money for completed boards) seems to have been corrected. I'll keep you posted if anything changes. Good Luck All

Pangolin5 Well, I finally got a golden egg, what did I get when it hatched? NOTHING!!!! Several hours later I open a silver egg, it is also empty! WTF.

Sharkie5052 It does seem as though they have improved the scoring.
I questioned the 'scoring' as being dependent on the sequence of removals - was told it has no effect but I disagree.
My scores seem much higher when I remove several pairs of the same tiles at once.
With real mahjong there are removal of 'groups' that can improve your score - I kind of think that happens here BUT, the tech response was 'NO' ???
