PortiasPlea how do we find out which outfits will be removed prior to the new ones being added. It has been "standard" here at zone to remove outfits during the time they add new ones in their updates. I know I'm not the only one unhappy when I have missed out on an outfit I wanted only to have it removed before I can buy it. This is my 3rd try to find out & I am reaching out not only to zone staffers, but the community as well. I've already chatted live w/a staffer earlier today, and his response was to go to site fan & /or support website. Which I already had checked. Once again "staffers" cannot help. Why bother anymore. Ridiculous to PAY real money for the "priviledge" of live chat yet NEVER has any of them EVER been able to help or answer my question. Same through the "email" way. NEVER has a problem or question been resolved. Can I /we for once get an answer to our satisfaction? Thank you
