 I would this time go so far as to say : I hate the new site ,  and get some new people as I will never return to buy  one more charm .  This new site is not an upgrade ,,,it is a slap in the face to people that have been loyal to you ...  

Oh Roo said it well but since I am limited on  versatility (and always have been) I will say that Roo is right on all..  What I can't believe as I can not see her comments at the present you have failed us in numerous ways--   the chat can not longer be copy and pasted and this is a big point when someone is translating as they can do nothing english ...there is no one or two to press on your phone ,, 

2. the Avitars are actually horrible imitations of  imitations hahah,,  

3. and most important ,, the charm history , chat history and finito Mr Putin or Dig to Russia  Digs and we have you a new site , 

 

NOW THE WORST IS THE TRUST ISSUE WITH YOU ,,   THE CHARMS HAVE NO DISPLAY OF WHAT  THEY COST OR WHAT IS REMAINING ON THEIR USE OR ANYTHING AT ALL .....TO BE BRIEF, i WILL NOT PLAY THIS GAME WITH ANY PURCHASE AND SINCE YOU MESS WITH PEOPLE ON GETTING OUT, i WILL CANCEL AT  RENEWAL DAY.  

And now I must add with a grimace.. was actually getting bored anyway ,   so many other sites (as google in chat ) can do soooooooo  much more.  I howp my friends get wish and realize this  because you can follow your friends around the world  and the games are at your tip of one's fingers ,,

  Now the cliff hanger ... Friends were trying to buy for me ( and I also for them) outfits in my wish list --outfits that  stated no zone expiration date and that  have been here for a minimal time to boot , considering that they are high gems to purchase and it takes time with so many at once ..and were totally left hanging  in the purchase application  for naught and received no response from you on their discontinuation ? .  I really  have had money invested in all outfits--this time-- and many gems have been spent accordingly.  I am demanding that you take all my outfits tat I could not get in other colors that were purchase by or for me on the Devil Eminence, Wicked Raven, Spring into step, Angelic chorus, Kitty kat (coins) and another  costume   that you never told anyone of expiration in this new horrid place .  Oh dear heavens , I don't think this site could possible worse ..  You either need a new program that is tested and not for guinea pigs when you charge so much to take part in it .  This zone is a disgrace with friends being blocked by you and not the blocker ?/  it is ridiculous .If you can't corrct the problem, by law fix it ..  i will contact anyone I deem necessary to force good will upon you if not fulfillment ,  you are the satan of (not a fun entertainment place ) a horror film that wastes time and annoys others..  So sick of all your problems -  and for this I received 500 measly gems ?  a joke . you might not have better business bureaus to enforce your   lack of fulfillment for compensation (membership purchase and gems)  but I guarantee you that  someone will start rating this  as a buyer beware site .  ..  This is a pure disgrace .

  This new zone sucks.  I have gone from 7 billion to 1 billion in less than a month..  Way to chase away people that might spend a little money.  I even chatted with a concierge and was told the games were the same. B.S.  No more money from me.

  Hey Fix at one thing at a time  at  and START WITH THE OUTFITS...This is more than complaints  it is money you charge and you are not living up to you fulfillment of a single thing ..
