SallySue1 The new zone is terrible, I hate it. I went to a party and could not dance, buy charms for friends, chat, so I left. What a waste of party passes. You owe everybody a refund for gems purchased. If the new zone was supposed to be an improvement, you missed the mark. Have you ever heard of beta testing something before you throw it out there. IT IS HORRIBLE. I want my money back.

SallySue1 I went to HELP to ask a question and it wouldn't open. This is a joke. If someone can tell me how to contact the site administrator, I would love to give him or her a piece of my miind. Thanks for letting me vent, this really makes me angry. Why would you take a fun game that works and replace it with something that doesn't? STUPID, STUPID, STUPID.

Colby Sally, at the top of this page on the right side, you should see your icon in a small, rectangular box with your name and a down arrow. Just to the left of that box is the link to SUBMIT A REQUEST. Click that link and you'll be able to send an email to an administrator. A new window will open for you to input your "subject" and "description" and there's even an option for attaching files that you feel may help you further state your case.
