missing charms

Goodday

It appears 10 Yacht Cruise have disappeared from my charm stack - and that is the only ones i can visibly see have gone. i could have lost others that i cannot see but there appears to be something wrong - please could you help

missing charms 4 a few weeks now especially in the last two days i have attended parties here at the zone and i will get the room charms but then the charms in the room are not being received. Now the pop up blocked page is appearing even after i corrected the manage pop ups...not sure what is going on never had this problem occur in the few months being at the zone...even now when trying to get immediate help cannot get access to press the chat button...what is going on....help please

I have attended a charm party, paid the 400 gem/ party pass entry fee and am not receiving any gems or charms being passed out. I also am unable to purchase charms at parties. What is going on? Please help!

WHILE ATTENDING A PARTY HOSTED BY RAS, A NUMBER OF LARGE CHARMS WERE BOUGHT BYE KRISSY (DIAMONDS) OTHER PEOPLE AT THE PARTY RECEIVED THEM BUT i DIDN'T AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY TY RJ10. AND WHY ARE DIFFERENT PRIZES HANDED OUT ON THE BUSTER LINE, WE ALL PAY TO RUN UP THE CHARMS TO GET TO THE JESTER. THANK YOU RJ10
