my avatar wont dance, what is the problem?! why give the avatar dance moves if we cant use them?

  I have gone in to plat  my games and all of my money and passes are gone than I went in to my friends list and my friends were gone and my VIP  MEMBER SHIP IS GONE WHAT IS GOING ON ?please help me  get back what I had thank you joann11

  What is going on with the charms?  I logged on last night to play and saw that a lot - and I MEAN A LOT - of my charms are either completely gone or dramatically reduced in numbers.  It has taken me quite a while to save up my charms, and some of the missing ones have a special meaning to me.  I sent this question through the help desk line but have not heard a peep.

  I have put up with a lot of garbage in the past months because of the "transition" to a new platform but this is plain robbery!  I want my charms back! I would appreciate a reply within the next 24 hours, even if it is just to tell me that the "techs" are looking into this..
