Myself and many other regular users have noticed a very consistent pattern that occurs near the end of every calendar month. Typically, the frequency of winning spins and 'free' spins drops dramatically during this period. Again, this pattern has been noticed by many users over several months. There is enough evidence here to suggest odds are not entirely 'random' as stated by your help desk and that the program logic has some built-in means of increasing and decreasing odds given certain occurring events or dates.
Nowhere on the Zone website can I find any legal consumer protection statement or statement regarding winning odds. Why is that I wonder?
