Hi, For the last few days slots won't open for me. All other games will. Anyone any ideas?

  Hi I have one desktop computer and 2 people use it to log on to msn casino, the problem is one of the accounts (mine eva5) doesnt allow me to play slots i open all windows but when I open "casino games" then "slots" then "classic spin and win" the window is green and empty no pictures, I been having this problems for 4 days now and I am a paid subscriber, since the other player have no problem at all  I think the problem is at your end please help!! I miss my games. Eva5

  Hi Eva, That's exactly the same as mine. I doubt we both have the same computer problem, I think it's more likely a Zone Online fault.

  I keep having the problem similar to Eva's.  Jewelry Deluxe has double images coming on which prevents the game from continuing.  I have lost many chances for scoring.  Can anyone at atari pr vegas world look at rhe game and possibly correct the existing problem. It becomes very frustrating and makes one stop playing and going elsewhere.

  marilyn - i tried to open casino slots and all i get is a green screen, why can't i get into it?

  i still can't  get into slots. i verified my email address.  i want to buy more gems, but if i can't into slots, i would just be wasting my money

  Another month and still the problem is there "slots do not open" all I get is a green screen, will I get credit for all these days that my account is blocked? Any idea when the problem will be solved?

  still can't get slots to open. keep getting a blank green screen.  when will this be fixed?  going on for last month

  all my games are locked , says I have to reach 0 to open????   I have been playing games for over a year ,now I cant????

  trying to play a tournament and the screen won't load.  I have played a couple of others now it's just black and show people over on the left side.  Any idea??
