Sultry I don't think making a request here will get that done. See top of page
saying submit a ticket. Click on that and submit your request. From what i have seen they just tell people to stop playing. Because if you do delete, and ever come back you cant get your old account name, money /gems, clothing and your level that may have been left behind back. You will have to start at level 1 again.

Sultry Listen! I did not ask you anything about how you pay. I told you to look at the top of page and see the line saying submit a ticket. I told you very clearly to click on it and submit your request to unsubscribe.
If you can't follow those simple clear directions, Good luck with getting the attention of those who work for the company and can cancel your account.

Bostain on settings when i scroll down with celebrity world does not have the option to unsubscribe...i do know how ot look for it cuz i unsubscribe on vegasworld..so how do i do it on celebrity world if there is no option there

AMIEE Go to setting on your site and there you can cancel your pay-pal account. Just stop playing the games or coming to the site.

Colby On my account in either Zone Online Casino or Vegas World, from any room after logging in, there in the upper left corner is the word MENU in green letters. When MENU is left-clicked, a "menu" drops down directly below with a list of features that looks much like this:

HelpIf Settings is left-clicked, a new window appears (white with blue and gray letters and icons) with three [3] tabs at the top; User Settings, Email Settings and Sharing. User Settings appears by default and is comprised of six [6] sections, each separated by a horizontal line; Security Email, Communication, Account Settings, Got A Coupon?, Remove Subscription and Game settings.
If you are subscribed to VIP or Elite status and are using an "autopay" service such as PayPal or even a credit/debit card, you can cancel by left-clicking the Cancel Subscription "button" in the Remove Subscription section. When User settings first appears, this section cannot be seen, so simply scroll down until it is visible. Once you have clicked Cancel Subscription, a brown and green window comes up asking for confirmation and is self-explanatory. If you left-click "yes" a message is sent to the email address you have provided to the site for logging in. This email address will appear at the top of the User Settings page in the Security Email section. Be sure the words "Status:Verified" are seen below a submit button directly beneath the address. Open this email address (user@yahoo/hotmail/gmail/wizmail or whatever it is) and read then follow the instructions. After doing this, you will unsubscribe to VIP/Elite status on the site. Your account will still be active, you can still do everything you could do before but without the benefits that are afforded VIP or Elite members.
If for some reason you don't have any of these sections or buttons or just can't find them, I'd advise you to do what Sultry has suggested and submit a ticket. This is easily done by scrolling to the very top of this page and (dare I say it?) left-clicking on the words "Submit a request." This link will be found just above the thick purple horizontal bar, toward the right side and between the words "My activities" and the little box with your icon and username. This is a sure way to get your message to an administrator.
