Red In Disguise You can but only from other Celebrity World players. I only found this out recently myself.

Sultry Here is what i know. CW and VW are two different sites. They decided they did not want VW people wearing CW clothing that cost gems. So they put in a fix that stopped all trading of clothing. That also stopped you from being able to friend across the sites. Problem that i have with this is we can go to the parties of course and spend gems for the entry fee and gift the room. However, you cannot gift a personal gift to the hostess or host.
You also may not be given a personal gift by someone trying to send you a pass or whatever they choose. I hope they get that bug worked out, because I find it very rude and crude not to be able to say thank for hosting, with a rose or party pass.
In the mean time we do share dance club with CW and VW Atari's dance club is different. We share the same VIP for all 3 sites. But CW has Lure instead of shipwreck The swimming pools are not shared.Atari pool is filled with balls. Music is Epic Failure on all 3 sites now. Please feel free to correct anything i may have said that is not accurate.

It is not a bug. This is the new normal. VW wants the two programs to be separate! If you belong to VW, you can only receive gifts from VW players. The same is true for CW players. You can only receive gifts from CW players. It is very unfair because I host parties and only VW players ever try to gift me passes and personal gift. I've missed out on a lot of opportunities because of the "fix" that was put in place. As it stands right now, CW players are NOT very generous when it comes to gifting hosts passes. Only the folks at VV has ever tried to gift me. Hope this clarifies any confusion.

Sultry It's not that CW people don't want to gift the hostess or host. We Simply can't do personal gifts. All we can do is pay our fee and throw charms at the party. I belong to both sites and sometimes i see fiends that want to send me a gift. If i'm at the party in my CW name it is a no go unless they are also on in their CW name. What i do most of the time is send the host or hostess something when i get back on in my account that is the same as the party host.

Nick Dangerous Same problem with me...separate email addresses on VW and CW but no friends on CW or gifting. Does anyone from the company ever respond to these comments? Any changes coming or should I just give up?

Colby It appears that these posts are here strictly for your venting and entertainment. VW, CW, Zone, AJ... they couldn't care less about your problems with their sites. They're here solely to drain your bank accounts, selling you gems that are virtually worthless. But we spend money for various other forms of entertainment daily, so why not here? Management, however, doesn't give a rat's behind what you think. This forum is mainly for getting answers to your questions from other players/members.
Submitting a 'ticket' or chatting 'live' with a concierge will probably get you where you wanna be much more quickly.
