I got my coins and the cupid but not the gems for my membership....are you correcting this?

Wylde Official comment Gems are only awarded along with a purchase, so there are no "monthly Gems" for non-subscribers.
Each month, VIP subscribers are billed $5.99US and get 150 Gems on their renewal date (which varies from account to account)
Each month, Elite subscribers are billed $19.99 and get 700 Gems on their renewal date.
Your account does have a yearly membership which came with a one-time award of 8400 Gems which came when the membership was originally purchased. Purchasing yearly membership comes with the same number of Gems as monthly subscriptions, but for less money and you get all the Gems at once, rather than a smaller number awarded monthly.

mrs lisa kay007 January was my first month as a VIP member. I paid $50.00 on my credit card.. I didn't get any gems for February...and so far only my bonus cash from my bets that I made. If this is all you get for $50.00 I don't think the VIP status is very valuable. Or did I misunderstand something?

IGNORANT TRUMP I was sent an e-mail, saying "here are your monthly Gems, Please enjoy, your Zone Casino staff, I believe I won a competition, it could be my ad-blocker, but is it good business to promise something relatively small and literally of no value, and then not deliver? I don't like what that says, white man in a zoot suit, brief resurgence in the 90's and eww then. But I do not insult, I am serious about what business is and how you go about it says a lot about what is driving your message as a company, Please help, I have sent multiple e-mails. And maybe re-write your message? It does sound like you could have said what yu did in a nicer and more professional way. Thank you.
