my slots are set to auto spin. why does it stop numerous times during a 1M tournament?

My reels won't stop spinning - I played a few games no problem - I think others are having the same problem because a bunch of people have a zero score.

Having the same problem. Yesterday and now today. Have to log out and log back in. Then move to the next tournament and repeat the process.

i won two tournaments on Nov 28 for a total of 3.410 million chips but never received the chips.
