Why won't it let me play under my name?

i've been playing for quite some time under the name of Darlin now it will only let me play as a guest.

  Signed in as "guest" after having a paid account. Now I cannot sign in as my paid account name.

  It has happened recently to me also and I still can't play under my name Puppy Chow.

  Having the same problem. My niece made a guest account and now it won't let me log in, I log in and get her account. I deleted cookies and everything...

  After playing for over a year and upgrading my membership my Avatar just disappeared. Had 3500 in coins that I had purchased, had a close to a billion in points and a great wardrobe too. Now it's all gone! I'm locked out of purchasing new charms, can't email anyone in the game either...everything has been turned off and I don't understand why. Tried calling. No answer at all.
