Problem with scratchers?

I've been getting out of game email notices of scratch cards 2 or 3 times a day for the last three days (as is "normal"), yet when I log into game I have no scratch cards to scratch. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way the "powers that be" can get these missing cards to me?

  Scratch cards?  Where do you find them on the menu?
