POKER ISSUES FOR ADMIN TO ADDRESS ASAP

Up until two weeks ago today, poker buy-ins have worked as they should; after choosing the game level, you chose your buy-in amount and clicked PLAY, you were then seated at the table with the amount you chose. After maintenance two weeks ago, this is all screwed up. Now, after choosing the level and amount and clicking PLAY, you get to the table with zero chips and are required to buy-in again. I realize this isn't a major problem, however it is very annoying and should be corrected.

Also, checking the PRIVATE box from the poker menu rarely results in a guaranteed "private" table, even before the allotted ten minutes have expired. More often than not, after making a private table, uninvited players wander in many times within the first few seconds. This has been an problem for as long as I can remember.

Any chance these issues can be resolved soon?

  How are you doing  COLBY?  I just  hit the play button enter the room with zero coins, which I like.  Look around to see who is in the room and how many bots and ciphers there are,  then choose my starting amount.   Sometimes there are  "guest"  (ciphers)   in attendance but you can not see their cards,  only know if they are still in the game  when coins appear next to them, access  their info at all,  they are not even on the chat list  names(? hope you know what I mean and am trying to get at) where everyone else is listed!!  I do not think they are even unregistered "people", NO MSN I am not saying what you think I am saying. (OR AM I)  But like entering the room with no money this is just a minor annoyance and irritation.  I am here to try to relax and have a little enjoyment !!!!      Who or WHAT I  encounter or compete against is not of much  importance  to me !! Your posts inspired me to share this with you.  Thank You !!    Do you know of any way to when you will advance to the next level. I have heard that level 50 is Maximum level one can attain.     If I do not  figure out how to put a friend request in to you maybe you could to me.       ENJOY

  many bugs and exploits. its a sloppy mess and they are in over their heads. mostly they are selling data and selling out.

  How do I lose a poker hand to some avatar, that just sits there with NO, absolutely NO cards to show?

  Numerous times.?

  Was getting ready to venture into the "Gems" , but nahh, I think I'll wait.

  Players whose hands you cannot see...and then we are told they won?????Tonight I had over a million in pot...it said Iwas the winner of this large pot...they paid me and I had only 200,000 in my bank???WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REST.  THE INVISIBLE HAND WINNERS ARE NOT RIGHT NOR FAIR.  I am going to leave Zone as soon as I lose all my coins, and tell everyone that this is a crooked place. Too bad..the only reason I'm sticking around until I lose them all is that I paid for them and I want to get something in return.  Unfortunately,  I bought gems...so basically y'all stole my money.

  For the last week or so, I'm not getting any winning cards at the poker tables even when I play for some hours, and at different hours of the day as well.  Also, the same problem at the slots. Am I being shut off for some reason?  This is not enjoyable. Please check into this matter.

  With version 270.6708.20.2018-06-20:27:HX-html5 poker has introduced many bugs.  The most annoying is invisible cards, not all, just some, and not for every player; they appear on the table, and sometimes even on a player (at the end of the hand).

  Then there's still the disappearing players, which most of the time are replaced later by a bunch of card graphics.

  There's also the big black screen, some times the game just turns the whole browser window to black.  A similar not-quite-a-bug is at the beginning, when you buy chips, before we saw a normal, drop down list, now its a black screen with the list.

  Another new one is failure to show the party charms window, it starts loading, but never loads... and blocks the game, and everything else.

  Those are only the new bugs, there are still some old ones, but the list would be very long.

  All of the above "glitches" have been going on a while and continue to go on because ZONE/VW/FLOWPLAY couldn't care less how satisfied their paying customers are, or aren't as the case may be. Poor public relations. You can put up post after post here on the help page, seeking help, complaining, asking for solutions, until you're blue in the face with no satisfaction. If you want player input, post here. If you want real administrator help, go to the top right of this page and click the link for "Submit a request." It's right there to the left of your personal profile/activities box.

  The site has implemented a few positive features, such as Loyalty Rewards, which includes free Party Passes, and the new Treasure Box. These will for sure help you increase your coin count but do nothing for the frustration forced upon you by these on-going game errors. They need to be fixed to a working state.

  Besides the glitches, there are design flaws. For instance, in poker, you can't have the chat window open while you're playing. Why not? you could in the "old" zone. Now you lose anything you've typed if you don't "send" before clicking anything else, such as check/bet/call/fold. Fix it, please.

  And why can't we have the back and forward arrows on our photos? Before, you could view CLEAR photos by opening one and clicking forward or backward to the next all the way to the end. Now we're forced to view BLURRY images by opening and closing them one at a time. Fix it, please.

  These are just a few, a proverbial tip of the iceberg. Put some time into repairing the problems on these sites and make them fun again, please.

  Oh, and the Mystery Card Poker? Yeah, that's fun.

  Seeing as how many players here are middle-aged or senior citizens, changes to the fonts and graphics could greatly improve the legibility of the chat. The point of enjoying one's time playing games with peers is being able to interact with them. Enlarge the font or at least give us the ability to adjust our personal screen. So many flaws here that can be easily set straight.

  Another glitch that may or may not have been mentioned, although it's one of the most grueling annoyances, is the "Locate" feature and its "Group" cousin. More times than not are these features doing what they're intended to do. I can get a "group" invitation from a player at a poker table with empty seats and click the invite, just to be teleported -- now there's a feature I do like, thank you -- to an empty table. Same as if I click "Locate" on a friend's menu to see an underlined blue "Poker" show up, click that and - slap yo mama! - empty table. Three, four times in a row this empty table. And now, with the ever-so-popular "new and improved" version of The Zone, you click your friend's "Locate" and it changes to "Locating" and stays that way until you realize they're not online at all. *creepy bell music* Submitted for your approval.

  I know all you admins that take the few minutes to read this are scratching your heads and going, "Is he really sweating the petty stuff?" But then again, if customer glee is of no concern, it's all petty, isn't it?
