Zone sent email saying had free month of gems Jan 26 2017  but I have never received them

  I received the same message. I also haven't received any gems or I am unsure how to collect them. Would be helpful if the email was a little more specific in the how to collect area.

  You only get the gems if you are a VIP or ELITE. The compensation is for the folks who spend in VW i.e, if you buy gems you got compensated for your troubles.

  I have been a monthly VIP member for the last few months, and have 8.95 per month deducted from my credit card to automatically renew it.  I did not get my allotted 300 gems today. I usually get them on the 1st of the month when I get the monthly VIP coin deposit. I also noticed from the menu that this membership type no longer appears to be an option.  Did Zone discontinue it and it now costs $19.99 a month for the same VIP membership?
